Design Build Project was completed in 8 weeks
Work consisted of the demolition and extensive structural rehab of the existing structure
Design Team implemented existing industrial overhead trolley system into the new design allowing the Owner to easily reconfigure the store layout by sliding the interior millwork partitions on the overhead rails
All light fixtures, store fixtures, millwork and flooring were custom designed to create the new brand
New Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing and life safety systems were installed including new A/C equipment rigged to the 7th floor rooftop
