July 2009– “CJS Builders Celebrates successful completion of New US Headquarters for Geneva Watch Group”

CJS Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of the 30,000sf Headquarters for the Italian watch company. The scope consisted of six new showrooms, two kitchens, video conference center, executive offices, a 1,000sf roof terrace, ten rotating and sliding display doors and state of the art infrastructure and technologies. The decor of the project includes polished concrete floors, custom metal & glass walls, walnut millwork and custom lighting.

CJS provided construction management and contracting services for this exciting project, which was completed in twelve weeks.

June 2009 – “CJS Builders is awarded New York Headquarters for Saudi Petroleum Corporation”

 CJS Builders has been hired as general contractor for the new 13,000sf Headquarters for Saudi Petroleum International, an international Petroleum and Shipping Firm. This project includes stone slab walls & floors, Olive wood wall paneling, state of the art A/V, dimming & lighting systems and custom furniture.

Occupancy is scheduled for September of 2009.

April 2009 – “CJS Builders celebrates successful completion of Michael Kors’ Boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue”

 CJS Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of this luxurious fit out in the Landmark department store for International Retailer, Michael Kors, Inc.

 CJS provided construction management and contracting services for this fast paced project, which included custom furniture and millwork, A/V systems and custom lighting and was completed in six weeks.

January 2009- “CJS Builders completes New York Headquarters for VF/ Lee Jeanswear”

CJS Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of the 10,000sf showroom and New York City headquarters for VF/Lee Jeanswear, a division of VF International.

CJS provided construction management and contracting services for this high end and fast tracked project.
