CJS Builders has been hired as construction manager for the new SoHo flagship for California based Glory Chen shoes, scheduled to open Spring of 2008.

December 2007 – “CJS Builders is awarded new US Headquarters for Renaissance Capital”

CJS Builders has been hired as Construction Manager for the new 10,000sf US Headquarters for Renaissance Capital, an international Trading Firm. Occupancy is scheduled for Spring of 2008.

November 2007- “CJS Builders celebrates successful completion of Journelle”

CJS Builders is proud to announce the successful completion of Journelle, a new luxury retailer located in the flatiron district. This fast track project was completed in less than 7 weeks allowing Journelle to open in time for the upcoming Holiday season.
