Michael Kors – 20th Floor Showroom

• This 1,000 SF project consists of  a luxury showroom, for the Michael Kors shoe division.
• The entire space is adorned with skim coated exposed concrete slab ceilings with custom light fixtures, epoxy coated flooring, highly detailed  lacquered wood and stainless steel woodwork and trim, and stainless steel hardware.
• The space received a state-of-the-art power and voice/data infrastructure. All mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing systems were newly replaced throughout.
• This project was designed and built simultaneously and completed within 4 weeks.
