• This 10,000 SF project consists of several showrooms, executive offices, conference rooms and back-of-house support areas.
• The entire space is adorned with gypsum board ceilings with custom light fixtures, wood flooring, highly detailed wood and stainless steel woodwork and trim, custom glass doors and stainless steel hardware and a state-of-the-art Audio/Visual system.
• The entire space received a state-of-the-art security system and new power and voice/data infrastructure. All mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing systems were newly replaced throughout.
• This project was designed and built simultaneously and completed within 8 weeks.
