Renovation of 5,000 SF main lobby of luxury residential high rise at Lincoln Center.
Work consisted of new travertine floors and walls. Coffered ceilings, patina finish metal walls. Mahogany millwork and mechanical, electrical and line safety upgrades.
Work was performed in multiple phases while keeping the lobby.
