This multi floor build out consisted of 15,000 of showrooms, 9,000sf of executive offices, a 2,000sf data center and 34,000sf of back of house and support areas
Design Build project was completed in 12 weeks
Showrooms, galleries, reception area, elevator lobbies and Executive offices are all adorned with gypsum board ceilings, custom light fixtures, state of the art Lutron dimming system, limestone slab and quarter-sawn oak floors, highly detailed oak and stainless steel woodwork & trim, inlaid suede panels and an extensive Audio / visual system.
65 Tons of new 24 hour supplemental Air conditioning was installed to accommodate the Firm’s hours of operation
New electrical service and infrastructure was brought from the building’s cellar to the 20th floor.
New Pre-action sprinkler system, security system and life safety systems were installed throughout
